New Coaching Program for Couples – After Therapy Care for Couples
I’m so excited to talk about a new service I’m offering clients I have worked with, and also clients that have worked with a different couple therapist.
I’ve been thinking for a long time about how to serve couples at the end of therapy. I’ve heard many of my clients mention that would love to continue having “check in” appointments with me. So, that got me thinking…for couples at the end of couples therapy – that are looking for “check in” or maintenance type appointments, I created coaching sessions to meet their specific needs.
Couples at the end of therapy have moved into different places in their relationship than when they started marriage counseling. And for them, having set coaching calls to help keep all of the progress, motivation and momentum alive and nurtured, is a lovely fit.
How are the After Care for Couples Sessions Conducted?
These sessions are going to be coaching in nature. They are not intended to be therapy. What that means is, we will be looking at specific areas unique to your marriage that we can continue empowering and strengthening. We will be focusing on moving forward in your progress and specific and tailored ways in which you both can do that.
Sessions will be online. You don’t have to travel into my office for our coaching sessions.
This offers you the convenience of being in your own home while working on your marriage after care.
How often do we schedule our coaching calls?
Right now, I have the coaching calls offered for 1 hour and can be scheduled:
- Once a month, or
- Once every 3 months
Can One Spouse Attend Without the Other?
Yes! If you’re wanting a coaching call with me and your spouse is unable to attend, we can still work together.
In this case, we will look at specific areas that pertain to you to help continue your personal progress, motivation, and empowerment in your marriage.
