I offer PREPARE-ENRICH for premarital couples interested in premarital therapy and learning more about their relationship strengths and areas for growth.
PREPARE-ENRICH is an online questionnaire that you and your fiancé complete individually. We will discuss the findings in our sessions in addition to any specific topics of interest or importance to you and your relationship. Some of which may include:
- Communication skills
- Showing affection / Sex
- Marriage roles
- Children and parenting
- Religious beliefs
- Cultural differences
- Dealing with emotions such as anger, sadness, etc.
