Self care life coaching for new moms
Through our coaching calls we will begin to do exactly this.
We will work together to:
- Identify what self care means to you
- Identify what you want in your life (goals, visions, dreams)
- What limiting beliefs might be holding you back or keeping you stuck
- Ways to help energize you throughout your busy day
- Begin de-cluttering negative thought patterns
- Learn simple daily routines to help you provide the love, compassion and care you show others to yourself
Coaching with me
Together, we will focus on where you want to be…it’s different than counseling or therapy with me. During our coaching sessions, we will be focusing where you want to go. And will be identifying ways to help get you there. We will look at how to start incorporating self care into each and every day so that you can begin to create the life you envision.
Some of this will include moving past limiting beliefs so that you can begin to say YES to what you want. And believe that you can make it happen!
We will make specific plans on how to begin de-cluttering from the inside out. De-cluttering negative thoughts holding you back. De-cluttering toxic relationships keeping you from rising toward your full potential. De-cluttering worry and fear so that you can still act in the face of momentary anxiety or fear.
